My Recent May Obsessions..
Wilkipedia states that to obsess over something is defined as: " an idea or thought that continually preoccupies or intrudes on a person's mind."
Lately I feel like I have been obsessing over a couple things... a couple things that I can't seem to go without in a day. I seem to covet these things like never before. I find myself obsessing over putting them on my lips, in my hair, wearing these amazing butt hugging leggings weekly. I can't seem to put this new book down. I know I am postively obsessed with my barre3 workout..
I am completely obsessed with ordering this specific drink everyday and justify in my head why my stomach is grouling because I haven't eaten a piece of this specific candy. I reason in my head how I need them......I think you will find my latest obsessions so addicting, that you too will learn to love or obsess on them.
The Girl on the Train. Paula Hawkins new book. She wrote Gone Girl, so if you at all liked that, you will want to read this new thriller... I literally read the book in 3 days! I can't wait for the movie.
Starbucks, Green Tea Latte's...wow, who would think a green drink tastes so good. I get it non-fat and half the sweetener. You can get it hot or with summer approaching, iced. You will either find it totally yummy or you will despise it. The great thing with this drink too is that it's so good for you...I swear it's the reason I have kept from being sick this past winter (knock on wood).
Fabric hair-ties. These little puppies have saved my hair. Not only do they make it so that after you wear them, your hair still looks awesome after, but they are really cute and match with everything. I always have one on my wrist and my gear shift on my car is loaded with them. You can get them anywhere hair accessories are sold.
Beyond Yoga Side panel, long legging...OMG, you are going to die, literally die if you have not tried these yet. I remember when Lulu lemon came out with their black basic legging...I thought I had died and gone to heaven. This legging by Beyond is even better. Wears well, so soft and comes in so many colors. It also does wonders for your butt and legs.
Nivea, kiss of berry swirls lip balm. Its cheap, you can find it almost anywhere and I find myself literally reapplying hourly. They come in a ton of real subtle colors. I personally like the almost pink nude just to give you a hint of color and shine.
theo, sea salt dark chocolate.. That right there should tell you what I am talking about. The moment they put sea salt with chocolate, I was hooked. They come in these little tiny nugget packages. Organic, fair trade and Non GMO for all of you that like those products...Ohh-LaLa, so addicting... I find myself needing one everyday...shhh.
barre3- Ok, ok, I know I am a little biased. But come on people, check it out. The beauty of barre3 is that you don't have to have a studio in your town to try these workouts. You can subscribe to the online workouts. Sadie Lincoln, the founder of barre3 has done this amazing job on combining yoga, pilates and ballet into a workout. Who doesn't want ballet legs? Who doesn't want killer abs and butt? The thing that is amazing about this workout is not only can you do the workout anywhere, you can feel good knowing that at whatever level you are at, you are not going to injure yourself and it's made for all levels. Sadie has put something together that is so unique. barre3 made me feel good about my body for the first time and you see results that are real and lasting. barre3 also has this amazing community involvment that you rarely see nowadays.
