What will we call her?
As you saw in my blog post last week, we had the opportunity to foster to adopt another pit. I of course ran with the idea. There are so many organizations that rescue puppies. There also seems to be quite a bit that rescue just pitbulls. I had the opportunity to get involved and foster with Lovers not Fighters.
Here is our delimna now though....what do we name her? Everyone in my family has of course an opinion and no one can make a decison. Help
Do we go with her name given to her? -Jeanie?
She seems to respond to it well. It's obviosuly not our favorite.
-Gurdy? Mark wants that.. Ugh, really and call her Gurd Gurd he said. I can't see myself running around chasing her screaming, Gurd, Gurd.
-Ruby. Ellie wants Ruby. She calls all dogs that because our neighbor dog that showed up at our front doot one day has that name. Its cute but it is a pretty common name.
-Maggie? That is what our friends wanted to name Sam when Mark first got her. Cute name. I don't mind that one either.
-Sophie? That is what Jackson likes.
-Sadie? That is my favorite. Everyone thinks it's because of founder of barre3, Sadie Lincoln. I really can say that is not why, but that is sorta cool huh?
Ok, so we obviously need help. Send me your favorite or if you have another suggestion. We will make a decision by Friday and I will post. Please help me. I can't have a pitbull named Gurdy!!
