My Must-Have's

So you asked and I am now delivering... I don't know about you but this is what I look like in the morning and so whatever I can do to help this mess, is appreciated it. Here are some of my little secrets. (and yes, that is toothpaste on my face).

Olay. There is a reason why my grandmother's skin is so radiant. It's Olay and it's not just her secret..it really does work. Sometimes the older products, are still the best. I slather this on every night to my face, neck and under my eyes. Costco is your best bang for your buck for this.

LA MER- Huge fan. I know it's expensive but I am so hooked. It's like Botox in a jar. I try to use sparingly just on areas I think have the most amount of wrinkles. Ie: crows feet and forehead. You can get this at Nordstroms. What makes it easier to buy is that Nordstroms has it on "sale" during their Anniversary Sale.

Cetaphil -I started using this in high school when I had acne. It's literally the best product I use. I absolutely swear by this. You can l lather your whole face with this, whether you have oily or dry skin and it does wonders. I love it under my eyes before I put concelar on to cover up those nasty undereye circles I have inherited. The beauty too about this is that you can get a big tub of it at Costco. It also comes in an SPF and Oil-free if needed. A must have!!

Crest. Ok, don't laugh but as you saw in my pic, this is what I use for the occasional zit. I just dab a small amount of this puppy and shazam, in the morning, the zit is so dried, it's gone. Bonus- If you use the mint flavor, it smells good when you get into bed. You might get some looks from your husband and kids like I do, but who cares...It works!!

Kerastase. Ok, so here are my hair products- I am a huge fan of Kerastase..I first spray a product from Unite- It's called, 72 seconds. It gets out any tangle, ( I started using it on Ellie's out of control curly hair. It's completely gotten rid of the morning screams ). I then put about a golf ball size of the Kerastase Mouse on the crown of my head, really get in your roots. I follow with the Chroma Thermour to help with high heat from curling iron. It also really helps with flyaways. I then blow dry my hair and squirt the VIP Volume Power to the crown. After I have curled my hair, I use the Laque Contour. This stuff not only holds your curl, it smells amazing! I use the Powder Bluff or the an Herbal Essence dry shampoo if it's been a few days of not washing. Those dry shampoo's save my life. I don't like washing my hair everyday or do I have the time. The key is to spray in the roots and use fairly liberally, making sure to really rub in after application. All the Kerastase line can be bought at Prima Salon in Portland. #kerastase #primasalon #herbalessence

Donna Karen Cashmere Mist Deoderant. This is my next absolute must have!!! You literally will never smell again!! I don't know about you but every time I am in class, there is someone next to me that smells like this nasty combo of BO/powder deoderant..It really bothers me and I want to say something so bad!!! All I smell is their deoderant!! I hate that. I mean, atleast they are wearing deoderant but guys, start using this! Donna Karen Cashmere. I know, I know, you are thinking, what ? Seriously, Donna Karen deoderant?! How spoiled am I ?! Yes, Donna Karen deoderant. It's the best $15 you will ever spend. No smell, lasts all day and that little bottle will last you forever!! BTW, Nordstrom always has it on their Half-Yearly and Anniversary sale. That's when I stock up and get like 3!! Promise, go to Nordstroms or order online...you will thank me.
My finished look, barely any makeup. I just don't have the time with my schedule. I also feel that the less I wear, the younger I look. Hope you enjoyed this post. Check the products out..if you have any questions, shoot me an email.
