Healthy Ginger Chicken

Ok, so I don't know what my problem is, I keep giving you recipe ideas. I can't help it...I keep coming up with these, yummy and healthy ideas for dinner. Here is another one. So easy, so good and of course, gluten free (not on purpose).

Add Cooked Chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions, snap peas and toss

Add at your convienice, toss with this sauce, or something like it. Ginger Dressings exists everywhere, I happened to pick this up in fridgerated section of Target, of all places. Ive seen it at Wholefoods too..

Add with your favorite rice, I like Jasmine
Recipe:
-3-4 chicken breasts, bbq'd or cooked, sliced or cubed
-one bag of snap peas, rinsed
-2 cups of mushrooms, cleaned and cut length wise
-one to two handfuls of fresh spinach
-half of a sweet onion, chopped
-Ginger Dressing of your choice, use as needed
-one cup of Jasmine rice, cooked
I put a couple dashes of pepper flakes in this but left it out of my daughters plate, maybe you as an adult will add or not. your choice, I think it adds a good spice, your call :)
